Limbaugh: Opposition to judicial nominee Brown is evidence Democrats are "becoming racist and bigoted"

Nationally syndicated radio host Rush Limbaugh asserted that Democratic opposition to Bush appellate court nominee Janice Rogers Brown is evidence that the Democrats are "slowly and surely becoming racist and bigoted."

From the May 18 edition of The Rush Limbaugh Show:

LIMBAUGH: If there's a party that's out there slowly and surely becoming racist and bigoted, it's the Democrats, and you can see it simply and very concisely in their treatment of this nominee, Justice Brown.
